Who I am

I am a Neuroinclusive Learning Strategist with specialized certification in ADHD coaching, and Early Childhood Education Faculty with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and institutions through big emotions, burnout, and brave transitions.

I’ve taught in college classrooms, led childcare programs, supported families navigating ADHD, and coached professionals on the edge of transformation. What I’ve learned across it all is this:
