Why I Built JGC Inc.:

Neurodiversity in Education, Emotionally Intelligent Leadership & Systemic Inclusion

As a Neuroinclusive Learning Strategist, I’m passionate about changing how education and care systems support diverse, neurodivergent minds. Through my PAUSE™ / PAWS™ and S.C.A.F.F.O.L.D.™ Frameworks, I create professional development programs and consulting solutions for school boards, higher education, childcare networks, and institutional clients.

What sets my approach apart?

I design capacity-aligned frameworks that blend executive function coaching, inclusive education consulting, and emotionally intelligent ecosystems so you can move from performance to presence, and reaction to reflection.

My mission is simple: to position educators, organizations, and families for success, well-being, and sustainable leadership transformation.

Frameworks for Sustainable Change

My work centres on three transformational tools:

  • A child-friendly version, helping young minds and caregivers practice positive emotional development and daily executive function skills.

  • A strategy for educators, leaders, and families to slow down, reflect, and make intentional decisions, reducing impulsivity and burnout.

  • Step-by-step structures for building capacity-aligned, inclusive systems in education and organizational environments.

Impact That Lasts:

Burnout to Balance, Performance to Presence

I’ve helped educators, leaders, and caregivers across Ontario and beyond build emotionally intelligent ecosystems, improve retention and well-being, and move from reaction to reflection.

“Thank you, Jamelia, for facilitating the ADHD workshop with the team. It was a wonderful learning experience. We appreciate you showing up and sharing space with us. Your knowledge is invaluable. The strategies you shared with us are the most practical and smart we’ve ever heard. The students in the Peel region and across the GTHA as well as the folks working with them are now better equipped to support them. Looking forward to future collaborations. Keep up the amazing work. Many blessings.”

  • Jamelia, thank YOU. Your energy, voice, and message were all so inspiring for me, as well as for the students.

  • Jamelia played a critical role in developing and executing a series of online workshops and seminars at the YMCA TT during the period of April 2020-December 2021. Her commitment to excellence in education is still evident in the foundation she laid for the YMCATT's Global Empowerment Events, which has been able to reach thousands of educators, parents and teens locally, regionally and internationally.

  • Jamelia! Man oh man, you really delivered! And you had our audience in tears! Can’t wait to work with you again in the near future! 💯

  • I received my ADHD diagnosis later on in life so it was quite difficult to navigate where I should begin in terms of support. Jamelia has helped so much with accepting my diagnosis and giving me the necessary tools to move forward that are unique to my needs. Since working with Jamelia Gay Coaching for the past couple of months, I've grown more confident in myself and what I can accomplish. I highly recommend Jamelia! She's awesome!
